§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website available at the URL: http://www.aparthotel-balticspa.pl
   and is effective from 15.10.2024.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform you that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting that you complete a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalised commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. Where consent is requested, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the consent granted.

If a person has given consent to the processing of data (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data are processed until consent is withdrawn; however, after this period, information about who gave consent, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the fulfilment of the purpose (e.g. performance of a contract, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims, or where data retention is required due to tax regulations.

7. Persons visiting the Website may complete a form and subscribe to the newsletter, as well as provide an e-mail address and/or telephone number, which will serve as the basis for automated contact.
8. Persons visiting the Website may consent to Us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on their e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and companies maintaining information and telecommunications systems with which we have concluded relevant agreements. These agreements include data processing and confidentiality rules. This data is not disclosed, and none of these companies has the right to process the data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, insofar as the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the purpose of properly providing the services.
